Terms and Conditions of 79xr – Read Before You Play

Welcome to 79xr, a Sports Betting and online casino platform operated exclusively for players located in Brazil. By accessing or using any part of the 79xr, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision described herein, do not create an account or use the platform.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you, the player, and the 79xr. They apply to all platform features, including Sports Betting, Live Casino, crash games, Blackjack, Poker, and all available promotions. The 79xr reserves the right to update these terms periodically, with prior notice by email or an in-platform notification.

To create an account on 79xr and use its services, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age as of the date of registration.
• Be a resident of Brazil and hold a valid CPF in good standing with the Receita Federal.
• Not be enrolled in any active self-exclusion program, whether on the 79xr or on other recognized platforms.
• Create only one account per CPF, email address, mobile number, residential address, device, or IP.
• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during the registration process.

The 79xr reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any time to verify the account holder's identity. This process, known as KYC (Know Your Customer), is required for withdrawals and to keep the account active. Accepted documents include a national ID (RG), driver's license (CNH), and a proof of address issued within the last three months.

One Account per Holder

Each player is entitled to exactly one account on 79xr. Creating multiple accounts — whether to circumvent bonus limits, stack promotions, or for any other purpose — is a direct violation of these Terms and Conditions and will result in the closure of all accounts involved, with possible balance retention pending the conclusion of an investigation.

The 79xr processes all payments exclusively in Brazilian reais (BRL). There are no currency exchanges, conversions, or hidden fees on deposits made through the platform's official methods. Accepted deposit methods are:

• Pix – instant, available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
• Bank slip (Boleto) – cleared within one business day of payment.
• Credit and debit card – Visa, Mastercard, and Elo from major card networks.
• PicPay – instant processing via digital wallet.
• Mercado Pago – available to active Mercado Pago account holders.
• TED Transfer – for accounts at Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, and other participating banks.

The minimum deposit amount is R$ 20.00 per transaction. There is no maximum limit established, but deposits above certain thresholds may trigger additional security checks, including identity confirmation by the 79xr.

The 79xr only accepts deposits made from bank accounts, digital wallets, or cards whose holder matches the CPF registered on the platform. Deposits made by third parties will not be credited and will be returned to the sender after verification.

To request a withdrawal, the player must have completed the identity verification process (KYC) and the available balance must be real money – not bonus funds. The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 50.00. Withdrawals are made via Pix, using the Pix key registered to the account on 79xr.

Processing Times

• Pix withdrawals are processed within 30 minutes after internal approval, any day of the week.
• The internal approval period is up to 24 hours for regular withdrawals and up to 72 hours for withdrawals that trigger additional compliance checks.
• Diamond and Elite VIP members receive priority withdrawals, processed in up to 15 minutes.

Withdrawal Conditions

• The registered Pix key must be under the same CPF linked to the account on 79xr.
• The player must have no pending bets involving the balance requested for withdrawal.
• Any active bonuses with an unfulfilled rollover are not eligible for withdrawal. Only your real deposited balance may be withdrawn before the bonus rollover requirement is met.
• The 79xr may request additional documentation for withdrawals above R$ 5,000.00 per transaction or R$ 20,000.00 per month.

The 79xr reserves the right to hold or cancel withdrawals if fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or a breach of these terms is suspected. In all such cases, the account holder will be notified and given the opportunity to provide clarification before any final action is taken.

The 79xr offers a variety of promotions for both new and existing players. Each promotion has its own specific terms, which will be detailed on the promotion's page. The following general rules apply to all bonuses on the platform unless otherwise stated:

Welcome Bonus

The 100% welcome bonus on your first deposit, up to R$ 500.00, is available to new players who have not yet made any deposit at the 79xr. The bonus is credited automatically after the first minimum deposit of R$ 30.00. The standard rollover is 5x the bonus amount on Sports Betting with minimum odds of 1.50 or on eligible casino games.

General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are personal and non-transferable. One bonus per promotion, per CPF, per address, and per device.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn until the rollover specified in the promotion has been fully met.
• The standard deadline to complete the rollover requirement is 30 calendar days from the date the bonus is credited.
• Bets placed at odds below the specified minimum do not count toward the rollover.
• The 79xr reserves the right to cancel a bonus if it detects abusive use, opposing-side betting (arbing), or any strategy that violates the spirit of the promotion.
• Cashback bonuses are calculated on net losses within the specified period and credited as bonus balance with its own rollover requirement.

The 79xr offers Sports Betting across more than 40 sports, including football (Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores), volleyball, NBB basketball, MMA/UFC, e-sports (CBLOL, CS2), and more. Live Casino games are also available, including blackjack, roulette, and baccarat, as well as crash games (Aviator, JetX), slots, and poker.

Betting Rules

• All bets are final once confirmed. Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled by the player.
• The 79xr reserves the right to void bets in cases of proven technical error, incorrectly published odds, or cancelled events that have not been rescheduled.
• If a bet is voided, the wagered amount is returned to the player's real balance.
• Live bets are subject to market availability at the time of the request. Connection lag on the player's end is not the responsibility of 79xr.
• Bet results are determined by official sources from the relevant sports federations and governing bodies. The 79xr does not alter game results.

Casino Games

All virtual casino games at the 79xr use RNG (random number generator) certified by independent auditing laboratories. The RTP for each game is available on the platform's help pages. In live games, results are determined in real time by a physical dealer broadcast via camera.

The player is responsible for keeping their login credentials — email and password — confidential, and for all activity carried out on the account. The 79xr strongly recommends:

• Create a strong, unique password for 79xr – do not reuse passwords from other services.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) when available on the platform.
• Never share your login credentials with third parties, including family members.
• Access 79xr only through secure connections – avoid public Wi-Fi networks when making financial transactions.
• Notify support immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.

The 79xr uses 256-bit SSL encryption on all communications between the player's browser or app and our servers. No sensitive payment information is stored directly on our systems – Pix, card, and other payment methods are processed through certified intermediaries.

The 79xr will never ask for your password by email, chat, or phone under any circumstances. If you receive any communication requesting your password, treat it as a phishing attempt and notify our security team immediately through the platform's official support channel.

The 79xr believes that betting should be a form of entertainment, not a source of financial or emotional hardship. The platform provides the following responsible gambling tools to all players, free of charge and with no red tape:

• Daily/weekly/monthly deposit limit: Set a cap on your deposits in the account settings section. The limit takes effect immediately once saved.
• Cool-down period: You can temporarily suspend access to your account for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days.
• Permanent self-exclusion: For players who recognize a dependency or wish to permanently step away, the permanent self-exclusion option closes account access and blocks any attempt to register again with the same CPF.

The 79xr prohibits anyone under 18 from creating an account or placing bets. If we identify underage use of the platform, the account will be closed immediately and any deposited funds will be returned to the legal guardian after verification.

The 79xr may suspend or close an account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following situations:

• Providing false information during registration or KYC verification.
• Creating multiple accounts using the same CPF, address, or device.
• Bonus abuse, including arbing, opposing-side betting across accounts, or any strategy that violates the promotional terms.
• Suspected money laundering or illicit financial activity.
• Use of bots, automation software, or any unauthorized third-party tools.
• Abusive or threatening behavior toward the support team of 79xr.

In the event of closure due to a terms violation, the 79xr will evaluate the available balance on a case-by-case basis. Balances resulting from bonus abuse will be withheld. Balances from legitimate real-money deposits may be returned after the investigation is completed.

Voluntary Closure

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time via support chat or email. Prior to closure, any available real-money balance will be returned via Pix to the registered key, once pending bets are settled and KYC verification is completed, if not already done.

The 79xr may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email or through an in-platform notification at least 15 days in advance. Minor changes or text corrections may be made without prior notice.

Continued use of the platform after the effective date of updated terms constitutes automatic acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree with the new terms, please contact support to request account closure before the effective date.

Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by applicable Brazilian law. Any disputes arising from the use of the 79xr will first be submitted to an amicable resolution attempt through support. If no agreement is reached, both parties submit to the jurisdiction of the court in the player's city of residence in Brazil.
